Must have at least 5 years experience and have performed at least 1,000 inspections in the Bay Area within the last 10 years. Must have own vehicle. Gas allowance provided. Clean DMV record required. Company provided report writing software and computer equipment. CREIA certification and prior construction experience is a plus.
