Must have at least one year residential home inspection experience and have performed at least 100 inspections in the Bay Area within the last three years. Must have own vehicle. Gas allowance provided. Clean DMV record required. Company provided report writing software and computer equipment. CREIA certification/prior construction experience is a plus.
